2015 ARIAS-US Fall Conference
/Elaine was a panel member at the 2015 ARIAS-US Fall Conference that was held November 12-13 in New York City, New York. The panel was entitled: Recent Changes in Contract Wording: Not Your Grandfather’s Clauses Anymore. In preparation for the panel, Elaine developed a new, progressive arbitration clause to be used in reinsurance contracts.
